Younis Khan will NOT play in the first Test Match against West Indies

Younis Khan has been ruled out of Pakistan's first test match against the West Indies. Doctors have advised him to take 10 days of rest to regain his strength after recovering from a bout of suspected dengue fever.

Younis has informed chief selector Inzamam-ul-Haq that he wont be able to play the first test. The squad for the first test will be announced within the next few days but YK will not be part of it. But he is expected to return for the second test.

This could leave the door wide open for Babar Azam to make his test match debut and it couldnt come at a better time for the youngester after 3 successive centuries.

Younis Khan is Pakistan's current leading run scorer in Test's with 9456 runs at 54.72 average with his last appearance for scoring 218 against England at the oval.

This test match series will trial the PINK ball and the first test match in Dubai will be a 5 day-night match.

What are your thoughts? Who should replace Younis and what would your team be?
